Gigabyte GB-AEBN All-In-One PC Review and Specs

Gigabyte has introduced an all-in-one PC that is the latest 'Gigabyte GB-AEBN'. Computers Gigabyte GB-AEBN PC supports Intel Core "Sandy Bridge" processor and provides a 18.5-inch widescreen display (resousi 1366 x 720).

AIO GB-AEBN supports the new 32nm microarchitecture and Intel's socket LGA 1155, allows the Gigabyte GB-AEBN to operate with the Intel Core family of processors, 25% improved performance and lower power consumption than previous-generation CPUs.

Specifications Gigabyte GB-AEBN PCs have up to 8GB DDR3 memory, optical drive is a slim, 3.5-inch SATA hard drive, 1.3MP webcam, Gigabit LAN, dual 3W speakers HD, 4-in-1 card reader, HDMI and SPDIF-out .

Gigabyte GB-AEBN PC also includes two USB 3.0 ports, allowing super-fast transfer speeds up to 5Gbs. This new technology will make the users experience a speed of about 10 times faster than USB 2.0, USB 3.0 ports will remain compatible. In addition, USB 3.0 also provides 9 times greater power transfer.

Dell Inspiron One 2305 All-in-One Desktop PC

At a recent Dell event, we got the chance to look at Dell's new touch-enabled Dell Inspiron One 2305 all-in-one desktop PC. The Dell Inspiron One 2305 is aimed at the mainstream user who's comfortable with using touchscreens on smartphones like the Apple iPhone 4 or Motorola Droid 2.

The Inspiron One is built into a 23-inch full HD (1,920-by-1,080 or 1080p) screen, and is good for entertainment.

The Inspiron One 2305 uses ATI Radeon HD 5450 graphics and up to an AMD Athlon II X4 quad-core processor. Optional add-ons include a DVD burner or Blu-ray drive, up to 8GB of memory, and up to a 1 Tbyte hard drive, plus a remote control so you can control media playback from your couch. Notable features include HDMI and VGA ports (one each), plus a wireless keyboard and mouse.
Dell Inspiron One 2305

The touchscreen on the Inspiron One 2305 was responsive, and it is aimed squarely at rivals like the HP TouchSmart 310 and MSI Wind Top AE2200. With a Blu-ray drive, I can see the Inspiron One 2305 (or the others here) keeping a college student entertained with Web videos, video chats, HD movies, and games when she's not otherwise studying. College students should note that you can use the Inspiron One as a research and paper-writing tool as well.

The Inspiron One 2305 included touch apps from Unlimited Realities, like a Notes program, touch musical instruments, and several casual touch games including Dodge, Bug Garden, and Drum Zone. The system allows the user to access local photo, video, and music libraries, with touch interfaces for enjoying all three types of multimedia.

The Dell Inspiron One 2305 will first appear at Best Buy stores for a starting price of $799, with other retailers and pricing to be announced later.

CES 2011: Alienware updates Aurora gaming desktop, M17x gaming laptop with latest hardware, 3D support

The latest member of the Aurora family of gaming desktops, the first in a MicroATX form factor, will feature new Intel Core i5 and i7 Sandy Bridge processors that will be overclocked and liquid-cooled and can support dual graphics cards (whether in AMD CrossFireX or Nvidia SLI flavor). Alienware is saying 3D support requires an Nvidia video board and 3D Vision Kit and 120Hz 3D-capable LCD. The new Aurora will be available on January 10 at the starting price of $1,799.

The flagship M17x gaming laptop is also going 3D, with an optional 120Hz 3D display letting you game and watch movies in three dimensions. It also will have Core i5 and i7 mobile Sandy Bridge CPUs and three graphics card options: the Nvidia GeForce GTX 460M (also needed for 3D capabilities), AMD Mobility Radeon HD 6870M, or the new Radeon HD 6970M (making it one of the first notebooks to use a new Radeon 6900 series card). The M17x refresh will also be available on the 10th, with a starting price of $1,499.

Lenovo sculpts new IdeaCentre AIO PCs in slim enclosures

The dawn of 2011 has flagged off yet another race for manufacturers in the tech sphere to showcase their ingenious creations. As the gates for this year’s Consumer Electronic Show unlocked the path towards numerous upcoming innovations, Lenovo has revealed four new IdeaCentre and all-in-one desktops from its kitty. Referred to as the IdeaCentre A320, B520, B320 and the Lenovo C205, these computing systems are touted to offer a sliver of their superior capabilities and performances at the aforementioned event.

Expanding the IdeaCentre portfolio, these three newly introduced models have been designed to unveil the next chapter of performance in their elegant form factors. Boasting of its ultra-slim design, the A320 AIO is said to measure barely 18.5mm at its slimmest point. Outfitted with a 21.5-inch widescreen display, the system flashes HD-quality videos while its high contrast LED panel technology enhances the manifestation. This device comes equipped with the 2nd Generation Intel Core i5 processor which wheedles a gratifying experience with the Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0.

The B520 is compatible with Nvidia’s 3D Vision solution and comes accompanied with 3-in-1 Mouse for leveraging efficient motion drive gaming. Users can derive the most out of the HWTV attribute of the B320 as it can be easily transformed from a computing system into a HD-enabled television set without turning on the PC functionality. Both these machines run on the 2nd Generation Intel Core i5 processor.

Sporting an 18.5-inch HD 16:9 widescreen display, the Lenovo 205 has been enclosed in a sleek and compact design.
