Toshiba has announced a new notebook with 10-inch in January 2011, called is Toshiba NB550D mini laptop. Toshiba NB550D powered by AMD C50 (Ontario) 1 GHz dual core processor, Radeon 6250 DirectX 11 graphics, 1 GB DDR3 of memory, 250GB hard drive capacity and a 10.1-inch LED-backlit display with high resolution 1208 x 768 pixel.
Other also feature includes VGA webcam, an HDMI output, USB Sleep-and-Charge port, powered with 6-cell battery providing up to 9.5 hours hours of run time on a single charge and measures 261.9mm x 189.5mm x 17mm (front) / 35.5mm (back) with weight 1.32kg.
The NB550D netbook is offers Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi 802.11b/g/n, three USB 2.0 ports and runs on Windows 7 Home Premium operating system. NB550D netbook comes with metallic finish for the cover and rubberized finish for the palm rest with green, orange, or brown metallic colors option. The machine features built in two Harman Kardon speakers for premium on audio quality, Toshiba Sleep and Charge technology.
